We’re updating our data reset policy to make it more intuitive and aligned with your subscription cycle, effective May 1, 2025:
Starting May 1, 2025, your monthly data will reset on your plan's expiration day each month.
This means your data quota will reset in sync with your billing cycle, making it easier to track and manage.
Example:
If your current plan is valid from March 14 to June 14, your monthly data will reset on March 14, April 14, and May 14.
This new policy will apply to all monthly, quarterly, and annual plans from May 1, 2025 onward.
